When he’s not working, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children. He’s an avid saltwater fisherman, loves to watch college football, and spends time restoring muscle cars in his free time.

Dr. A. Lane Lee is part of the staff at San Marcos Family Medicine, serving patients in San Marcos, Texas, and Central Texas. His goal in treating patients is to give them the tools they need to make informed health decisions, guiding them to the right information to make healthy choices.

Dr. Lee is a native of Texas. He received his undergraduate training at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center, followed by medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch. His residency in family medicine took place in Orlando, Florida, and since 1999 he’s been serving families in Texas as a family practice doctor.

Dr. Lee has earned numerous awards for his service. He was named as a Superdoc by Texas Monthly and was named Hays County’s Best Physician. He has professional affiliations as a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and with the Texas Academy of Family Physicians. In addition to working at San Marcos Family Medicine, Dr. Lee’s on staff at CTMC.
