Biography
Mr. Preuss shares one of his favorite health quotes:
“Poor health is not caused by something you don’t have; it’s caused by disturbing something that you already have. Healthy is not something that you need to get, it’s something you have already if you don’t disturb it.” ~Dean Ornish
Many of the leading causes of illness and death can be prevented through lifestyle modifications and an honest collaboration between doctor and patient. Mr. Preuss’ goal, and reason for entering this field was, and still is, to make a positive impact in the lives and health of people. He believes in working together with his patients as a team to elevate their health to the highest level possible.
His second favorite quote: “In order to change we must be sick and tired of being sick and tired.”
He looks forward to the opportunity to work together to make the second quote obsolete. Change because you want to… not because you have to.
