The body is a unit; the person is a unit of body, mind, and spirit. I work to treat a patient’s well being in a holistic approach to treat all the components of a person.

She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and Texas Osteopathic Medical Association (TOMA).

Dr. Barrawi is a dual board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMT). She received her Bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude in Biology and Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. She then completed medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (KCUMB). She went on to completing her residency in Michigan at Ascension Genesys Hospital in Family Medicine. She is passionate about preventative medicine, women’s health, obesity management, and global medicine. She believes in treating the person as a whole and helping patients reach their health goals and happiness associated with being well. As a new Texan, she is very excited to become a part of and serve the Central Texas community.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, cooking and baking, relaxing/ game-nights with friends, reading, sketching and painting. She loves traveling and trying new restaurants and coffee shops with her husband.
